HELLO! We are Talky English Center from Hanoi, Vietnam and we’re looking for a HEAD TEACHER for our Filipino ESL teachers. He/She will be based in the Philippines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the teachers’ attendance/online presence
- Maintain and track budget, expenditures, and payroll
- Design, review, and administer effective English courses that will cater to the target market
- Plan and prepare appropriate course materials (book selection, assessments, etc.)
- Recruit and train future Filipino ESL teachers
Qualifications:
***You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in online teaching and management
**You should be a bachelor’s degree holder
*Masteral degree is preferred but not required
